SCHNAPPER ROCK ROAD

The project is located within a relatively steep site. 

The house layout was designed in a three-storey arrangement following the land contours and to capture the north outlook of the site.

The main house floor located on the second level is arranged in an L shape, containing the formal spaces and the family living area. The spaces are designed to have full-height continuous glass panels overlooking the outdoor living spaces and the swimming pool. The formal section also has extensive deck areas on the northern side.

 

House architecture is minimalist, consisting of simple surfaces of concrete and glass.
