CHIVALRY ROAD

The project is to develop the site into five dwellings, with each dwelling being a three-storey building. Dwellings are arranged in two blocks. The southern block will contain dwellings 1,2 and 3 facing east. 

The northern block will accommodate dwellings 4 and 5 and will be facing the north.  

Dwellings are designed to create a variety of living spaces, with four dwellings designed to have 4 bedrooms and 1 dwelling designed to have 3 bedrooms.  The complex layout is creating ample outdoor living spaces and pleasant landscaped areas to enhance the development quality and standards.   

The site is planned to be subdivided into five freehold titles around the proposed five dwellings.
